Where are LFC products made?
All of our products are handmade locally, working with trusted and experienced craftsmen and women in Cyprus. Our leathers are sourced from Greece and Italy.
Shipping
Unless otherwise stated, all our products are made to order, and thus available to ship from Cyprus in 15-30 days. Once shipped they usually take 5-10 working days until they reach you.
Please email us if you would like to opt for International Courier Service, at an extra cost.
All LFC own brand products are shipped free worldwide, with Registered Post.
Customs Charges and International Shipping
We ship free worldwide via Cyprus post (registered post). We are note responsible for customs charges that may occur in your country. We declare the full value of the product and mark it as a gift.
Goods Damaged or lost in transit
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for damage which occurs after the goods have been handed to the postal or courier service. Please see your post office's policy on claiming against battered packaging.
Return Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase from LFC, however, if you're unhappy for whatever reason, we do accept returns / exchanges. Here's what to do should you wish to make a return: Email us with your reasons to return within 7 days of being received. All products sent back in unused, undamaged condition will be refunded, less the return shipping cost. Include a notice that clearly states your personal information and request. Pack the product carefully in their original packaging and secure outer wrapping, and clearly address to:

Please send back by registered post so the package does not get lost in transit. If the item is defective, or we've made a mistake with your order, we will be able to offer a full refund or exchange on your order. Shipping fees are not reimbursed, as we do not charge extra for shipping.
